Founding Account Executive
You'd be our first sales hire. The job is to turn the teachers who already love Graider into signed schools and districts. You run the whole cycle, and you work out what sells as you go.
What you'll do
- Run the full K-12 sales cycle, from the first conversation with a teacher or a district leader to a signed contract.
- Grow single-teacher accounts into building-wide and district-wide deals.
- Get through district procurement, including pilots, FERPA reviews, rostering, and budget timing.
- Tell the product team what districts keep asking for, and help decide what we build next.
What you bring
- Three or more years closing SaaS, ideally into schools or districts.
- You understand teachers and can win over a skeptical one in a single demo.
- You'd rather act than wait, and ambiguity doesn't slow you down.
